The connection between the safety rope and the hanging basket frame is made of steel wire ropes with a diameter of not less than φ13mm. Use the steel wire rope to fold out the bottom of the hanging basket frame and clamp the safety rope. Each clamp leaves a lifting amount of no more than 1m. If the hanging basket falls off the load-bearing steel wire rope or steel wire chain rod, the safety rope plays the role of hanging the hanging basket frame. This method is very troublesome. The safety rope must be clamped every 1m of lifting, and if it falls off, there will be a free fall impact of no more than 1m before the rope takes effect. For this purpose, the hanging basket manufacturer has newly developed a protective self-locking device. The protective lock needs to be fixed on the hanging basket frame and put on the safety wire rope at the same time. During normal lifting, the protective lock can be lifted and lowered along the safety wire rope with the electric hanging basket frame. If the hanging basket falls off, the safety lock can automatically lock the hanging basket frame on the safety wire rope.

And hang the load-bearing steel wire rope and protective rope on the roof beam. The operation sequence and construction method of the electric hanging basket are first assembled on the ground with a fall chain to form a hanging basket frame. Then pass the heavy steel wire rope through the rope guide hole of the hand-operated hoist and insert it in the hook direction and press it tightly. Move the forward handle back and forth to raise the hanging basket, and move the reverse handle back and forth to lower it, but do not move the upper and lower handles at the same time. If a steel chain rod is used as a load-bearing hanging rod, first hang the protective rope and the steel chain rod on the fixed roof beam, then hang the fall chain on the upper and lower parts of the steel chain rod to hang the hanging basket, and use the fall chain to lift and lower.
