How to use the hanging basket safety lock:The hanging basket safety lock is to fix the lower end on the hanging basket,and the wire rope is inserted through the safety lock.The handle is rotated clockwise to manually clamp the wire rope.Rotate the other handle counterclockwise to loosen the wire rope again.
