Safety rope

The safety rope is an important part of the hanging basket. The hanging basket safety rope is a rope used to protect the safety of personnel and objects during high-altitude operations. It is generally a synthetic fiber rope, hemp rope or wire rope.

The importance of using the hanging basket safety rope

The safety performance of the hanging basket safety rope will directly affect the life safety of the staff. Therefore, for the hanging basket safety rope, each structure has a very important role, especially the relationship between the accessories. In the hanging basket safety rope, there are many similar accessories and they play a very important role.

The hanging basket safety rope is directly connected to the frame of the hanging basket, because the safety rope is basically a steel wire rope with a diameter of 13 mm, and is arranged in a full-length arrangement. Under normal circumstances, the electric hanging basket is mainly clamped at the bottom and the safety rope with a steel wire rope, and at least a buckle is required.

When using the safety rope of the hanging basket, there are five points that need special attention:

1. The safety rope of the hanging basket must be in a state of parallel hanging with the load-bearing rope, and then the hydraulic wheel of the safety device can be pushed forward and in a vertical position;

2. At the top position of the hanging basket safety rope, use three or so buckles to tighten them in turn, then put them on the chicken heart ring, and then put them on the front end of the cantilever beam.

3. Fix the safety rope of the hanging basket at a position 200mm from the ground in the same way as above, and check the entanglement of the working rope buckle. If the two ropes are in parallel, the threaded steel close to the ground can be inserted into the weight ring and connected to a weight of about 25 kilograms;

4. Then pass the end of the safety rope of the hanging basket through the plane of the weight, tighten it, and then fix it to the nut on the ground;

5. While passing through the safety rope of the hanging basket, it must also pass through the hole and bracket hole of the safety device, and introduce it into the positioning sleeve on the surface of the shell, and connect it to the weight again.
