Cement weights

When fixing the suspension mechanism, the Cement weights must be inserted into the iron pipe of the rear bracket to prevent the resulting insufficient counterweight pressure from causing the hanging basket and the hanging mechanism to fall forward and cause an accident.

The standard counterweight block for the hanging basket is 25 kg. The counterweight block must be convex on the top and concave on the bottom. The convex part just fits in the concave part, and there are steel rings at both ends of the counterweight block for easy movement.

Specification requirements for hanging basket counterweight blocks

1. Appropriate counterweights must be configured on the hanging mechanism or roof trolley of the hanging basket.

2. The counterweight should be accurately and firmly installed on the counterweight point, and sufficient counterweight should be configured according to the drawing requirements. Before the hanging basket is used, it must be verified by the safety inspector before use.

3. The anti-overturning coefficient is equal to the counterweight moment to the forward tilting moment, and the ratio should not be less than 2.
