During the installation process of the ZLP630-hot galvanizing Suspended Platform,it must be installed strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the instructions.The strength and material of the safety rope of the hot-dip galvanized electric hanging basket must meet the requirements of the specifications,and the corners of the hot-dip galvanized electric hanging basket must be protected as required.The over-height limit,travel limit baffle,and safety lock of the hanging basket must be complete and effective,and all performance requirements must meet.
For the safety of workers working at heights,it is necessary to wear safety protection equipment correctly as required;people with contraindications to working at heights are strictly prohibited from working at heights.Before installing the hot-dip galvanized electric hanging basket,first check that the hand-operated hoist continuously pulls the forward rod and the reverse rod when it is unloaded.The movement should be flexible,light,and without jamming within its entire range.
The characteristics of the hot-dip galvanized electric hanging basket are:
(1)The surface of the hot-dip galvanized parts is bright and beautiful.
(2)It has an iron-zinc alloy layer with a dense bond,and exhibits unique corrosion resistance in marine salt spray atmosphere and industrial atmosphere;
(3)The pure zinc layer is the most plastic layer of the hot-dip galvanizing layer.Its properties are basically close to pure zinc and it has ductility,so it is flexible.
(4)Since zinc has good ductility and its alloy layer is firmly attached to the steel base,hot-dip galvanized parts can be cold-punched,rolled,drawn,bent,and other shapes without damaging the coating;
(5)Due to the strong bond,zinc-iron is mutually soluble and has strong wear resistance;
(6)After hot-dip galvanizing of steel structural parts,it is equivalent to an annealing treatment,which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the steel base,eliminate the stress during steel forming and welding,and is conducive to turning of steel structural parts.
(7)A thick and dense pure zinc layer covers the steel surface,which can prevent the steel base from contacting with any corrosive solution and protect the steel base from corrosion.In the general atmosphere,a thin and dense zinc oxide layer is formed on the surface of the zinc layer,which is difficult to dissolve in water,so it plays a certain protective role on the steel matrix.If zinc oxide forms insoluble zinc salts with other components in the atmosphere,the anti-corrosion effect will be more ideal.
