Cleaning tips and non-slip measures for electric hanging baskets
The structure of the electric hanging basket platform should be able to withstand 2 times the uniformly distributed rated load. Load tests must be carried out before leaving the factory, and the welds should be checked for cracking and the bolts should be checked for looseness. The welds of the main load-bearing components of the electric hanging basket platform must be quality inspected to ensure that the welds meet the design requirements. The bottom plate of the electric hanging basket platform must have non-slip measures. The connection of its lifting mechanism must be necessary during operation, and there must be no looseness, and it should be checked frequently. The electric hanging basket platform should be equipped with a hook device for safety belts and tools. The width of the small passage in the electric hanging basket platform shall not be less than 400mm, and the bottom plate area shall not be less than 0.25m2 per person.
The electric hanging basket platform must be equipped with a fixed stabilizing guardrail, the height of which is not less than 800mm on the side of the building, and the height of the rear and both sides shall not be less than 1100mm. The guardrail should be able to withstand a concentrated load of 1000N horizontal movement. All components of the electric hanging basket platform stabilizer guardrail should be smooth and burr-free, and should not be skewed, twisted, deformed or have other defects after installation. The electric hanging basket should be equipped with baffles with a height of not less than 100~150mm around the bottom plate of the hanging basket platform, and the gap between the baffle and the bottom plate should not be greater than 5mm. The electric hanging basket platform should have a guide wheel that slides on the surface of the building or be equipped with a buffer device to ensure the stability of the hanging basket platform to avoid collision with the wall.
The disassembly of the electric hanging basket needs to be supervised by the on-site personnel of the hanging basket. For the electric hanging basket to be dismantled, it is necessary to confirm that there are no workers working or staying under the basket body before the disassembly work can be carried out. After the working platform needs to be put on the ground, start the hoist to lift it out. Straighten the wire rope of the stability lock, drop the pendant hammer, and then slowly lift the wire rope out of the stability lock. Disassemble the cable, pull it from the ground to the roof, coil it and tie it tightly; remove the cantilever beam, remove the bracket, move the counterweight iron, and stack it neatly for transportation. When laying a springboard in an electric hanging basket, the material of the scaffolding board should meet the requirements, be fully laid, and be firm, and there should be no probe board; the outside of the hanging basket should be closed with a dense mesh stabilizing net, and a protective top plate isolation layer should be set for multi-layer operations. The electric hanging basket should be connected to the building during operation. Clean the dirt on the surface of the electric hanging basket stabilizing lock and the debris on the stabilizing wire in time, pay attention to the protective measures of the stabilizing lock to prevent debris from entering the lock, causing the stabilizing lock to malfunction and fail. Check the locking rope function of the stabilizing lock before operation, avoid colliding with the stabilizing lock during operation, and do a good job of protection after operation to prevent rain, snow and debris from entering the stabilizing lock.
When the electric hanging basket works in an environment with abrasive and adhesive materials, pay attention to the protective measures at the rope inlet to prevent debris from entering the lock. Clean the cement, paint and adhesive adhering to the stabilizing wire rope in time after use to avoid blocking the parts in the lock and causing the stabilizing lock to malfunction. The stability lock of the electric hanging basket has a calibration cycle of every twelve months from the date of leaving the factory. After the calibration period expires, the user shall apply to the construction engineering quality inspection and testing center, and the personnel shall inspect and test it. After passing the inspection, it shall be recalibrated.
After the electric hanging basket is finished every day, it is necessary to clean its platform and suspension mechanism in time, check whether the distribution box is closed, and whether there are any abnormalities during use. During the operation of the electric hanging basket, try to avoid excess wire rope on the ground, and the excess wire rope should be placed on the roof. The lock of the electric hanging basket needs to be lubricated once a month. It is necessary to add anti-rust lubricating oil to the spring in time and check whether there are paints and mortar impurities adhering to the surface. If there are, simple cleaning should be done, so that its movement can be kept flexible to a certain extent. The gearbox and transmission device of the equipment need to replace their lubricating oil after three months of use.
After each use, the self-locking device of the stability rope of the electric hanging basket needs to add anti-rust lubricating oil to the spring in time, so that its movement can be kept flexible to a certain extent. During the installation of the electric hanging basket, the ground should be horizontal. If there is an inclined surface, it should be leveled under the corner wheels in time. If the installation surface is a water-proof insulation surface, 2.5-3 cm thick wooden boards should be added under the front and rear seats.
