Internal and external inspections of wire ropes used in electric hanging baskets

Wire ropes are one of the important components of electric hanging baskets.They need to be inspected internally and externally before use.The external inspection of wire ropes mainly includes inspections of diameter,wear,wire breakage and lubrication.The internal inspection is much more difficult.

Diameter is an extremely important parameter of electric hanging basket wire ropes.By measuring the diameter,it can reflect the speed of diameter change,whether the wire rope receives excessive impact load,whether the tension of the strands is uniform during twisting,and whether the rope core maintains sufficient support for the strands.

Wire ropes for electric hanging baskets are inevitably worn during use.By inspecting the wear of the wire ropes,it can reflect the contact between the wire ropes and the matching wheel grooves of the electric hanging baskets.Wire ropes will definitely break after being put into use.In the later stage,the speed of wire breakage will accelerate.Through wire breakage inspection,the wire breakage within the twisting distance is inspected.It can not only infer the continued load-bearing capacity of the wire rope,but also indirectly predict the fatigue life of the wire ropes for electric hanging baskets according to the speed of development of the number of broken wires.

During use,lubricating grease will reduce loss.Since lubrication can not only protect the wire rope during transportation and storage,but also reduce the friction between the wires,between the strands,and between the wire rope and the matching wheel groove during use,it is beneficial to extend the life of the building electric hanging basket wire rope.Therefore,the damage of corrosion and friction to the wire rope is reduced,and lubrication inspection is needed.

It is much more difficult to conduct internal inspection of the building electric hanging basket wire rope than external inspection,but because the internal damage is more hidden,internal inspection must be carried out at appropriate parts for the safe use of the building electric hanging basket wire rope.

Daily inspection of aerial work hanging basket is important,and the specific inspection contents are as follows:

1.Whether the main load-bearing components(suspension platform,suspension hanging machine)are deformed,and whether there are cracks in the welds;

2.Whether the fasteners at the joints of the components are lost or loose;

3.Whether the suspension mechanism is installed securely and whether the counterweight meets the requirements;

4.Whether the wire rope is seriously rusted,whether it is loose,kinked or seriously broken,and whether the wire rope is clamped correctly;

5.Whether the electrical control system is flexible,and whether the unlocking and locking functions are normal:

6.Whether the lock action is flexible,and whether the unlocking and locking functions are normal;

7.Whether the lifting and lowering(including manual sliding)operation is normal,and whether the electromagnetic brake clearance meets the requirements;

8.Whether the piece counting operation is normal,whether there is any obstruction in operation,whether there is abnormal noise,motor heating or smoking,and burning smell;

9.Whether the reduction box and transmission device are filled or replaced with lubricating oil as required;

10.Whether the limit block and wire rope weight are installed as required.

The installation specifications of the hanging basket are as follows:

1.Before each construction,the operator must first check the stability of the construction.During the construction,it must be in place and each time the hanging basket is operated,only two people can operate on one hanging basket.Each person should be equipped with a vertical anti-falling stability rope during operation,and its working speed is very high and the operation is very flexible,which greatly improves our convenience when using it.

2.At first,when choosing a hanging basket,you should choose products from some qualified factories.It is necessary to have a manufacturing license,instructions,and production certificates.After the installation of the hanging basket,it must be inspected by the manufacturer's technicians and the user.After the inspection,it can be used for construction.

3.At the same time as the installation,it is necessary to discuss with the manufacturer's technical staff how to install it.Then start the installation,so that the entire stability can meet the corresponding standards.When using a sling,its length range should be kept within the specified range.A vertical stability rope is required for lifting.The rope length should not be less than 12.5mm.
